Krhms Walk-In Tubs is a referral service, so the people you end up talking with are independent providers in our network. Each one is a local business that installs walk-in tubs, walk-in showers, or both. They run their own schedules and set their own prices.

When you reach out, we pass along the details you share. A provider who serves your area then contacts you. Call hours vary by provider.

What the Provider May Ask

Expect simple questions. They help the provider picture the room and plan the visit.

• Is this for a tub replacement or a new walk-in shower?
• Who will use it, and do they need a seat or grab bars?
• What is the bathroom like now, and roughly how big is it?
• Is the home on a slab or raised on piers?
• Which days and times suit you for visits and for the work?

There are no wrong answers. Share what you know, and say so when you are unsure.

Questions Worth Asking a Provider

A few good questions can save you stress later:

• Can I have the quote in writing, with the full scope listed?
• How long will the work take, and how will daily routines be affected?
• What happens to the old tub, and who handles cleanup?
• Do you hold the license or permits that local rules require?
• What does the product or workmanship warranty cover?
• How do you handle moisture and drainage in a humid climate?

Talking to a provider does not mean you have to hire one. Take your time. Compare quotes. Ask a family member or your doctor to weigh in on features. If something does not feel right, you can say no and ask for another provider.
